• Project-specific deliverables created for your engagement may be licensed or assigned to you, subject to written agreement.

Payments & Fees

• All consulting fees must be paid in advance before services are scheduled or delivered.
• Fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except as outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Payments are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Failure to provide timely payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Consultation sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
• Project retainers or packages: Non-refundable once work has commenced. At Vaza.ai's discretion, partial refunds may be considered for unused portions.
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours' notice without penalty.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
