Client Responsibilities

- Maintaining appropriate data security, backups, and safeguards when applying automation or AI solutions.
- Reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs before relying on them in business-critical processes.
Intellectual Property
- All methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided by Vaza.ai remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.
- Project-specific deliverables created for your engagement may be licensed or assigned to you, subject to written agreement.
Payments & Fees
- All consulting fees must be paid in advance before services are scheduled or delivered.
- Fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except as outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Payments are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Failure to provide timely payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Consultation sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Project retainers or packages: Non-refundable once work has commenced. At Vaza.ai's discretion, partial refunds may be considered for unused portions.
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours' notice without penalty.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
