For data processed through our platform on behalf of contractors (customer information, job details, project data), we act as a data processor. The contractor remains the data controller and retains full ownership. Since contractors own their Cloudflare accounts, they maintain direct control over their infrastructure and data. This data is never used to train AI models and is never shared with third parties.

We use select third-party services for hosting (Cloudflare), AI (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini), phone agents (Vapi), email (Resend), and analytics (Google Analytics). Each third-party provider is vetted for security compliance and bound by data processing agreements.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google account, we may access the following data depending on the permissions you grant:
Google refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. We do not sell, share, or use your Google data for advertising. Your Google data is only used to provide the services described above. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we provide a full data export and retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may retain certain information as required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. For contractors in California, we comply with CCPA/CPRA requirements. For Canadian contractors, we comply with PIPEDA.
