vaza.ai provides AI-powered growth solutions for home improvement contractors in the USA and Canada, including blazing-fast website development on Cloudflare Pages, Google Business Profile automation, local SEO optimization, AI phone agents via Vapi, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis after an initial setup engagement.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be a legal representative of a home improvement contractor business to use our services. Each contractor owns their own Cloudflare account, which we manage on their behalf.
Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly subscription fees are billed on the first of each month via automatic payment. All plans are month-to-month after the initial setup period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Refunds for the setup fee are available within 30 days of website launch if you are not satisfied with the initial deliverables.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or process through our platform. This includes customer data, job details, project information, and analytics. You also own your Cloudflare account and all associated infrastructure (Pages, Workers, KV, D1, R2, DNS). We manage this infrastructure on your behalf but you maintain ownership. We are a data processor acting on your behalf. We will never claim ownership of your data or use it for purposes beyond providing our services to you.
Your website content, branding, project photos, and business data remain your property. The underlying technology platform, code frameworks, AI integrations, and automation workflows are the intellectual property of vaza.ai. Custom features built specifically for your business may be jointly owned or licensed to you.
We commit to 99.9% uptime for all hosted services, backed by Cloudflare's infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA, we provide service credits proportional to the duration of the outage.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we provide a complete data export and transfer full control of your Cloudflare account to you. Your website and services remain active for 30 days after cancellation. After the transition period, you can continue managing your infrastructure independently or migrate to another provider.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
